Emily started with Opportunity Inc. almost 6 years ago.  In her time here, she quickly moved from Assistant Manager, to Medical Appointment Coordinator to Manager of 5 Adult Family Homes. 

Through every step of the way, Emily continues to impress.  She has grown into her leadership roles, putting her spin on each position and continues to set the bar for herself higher and higher.  Emily’s ability to support agency policies and procedures give her the tools to provide consistency and raise the expectations of those around her.  She is open to learning new things and embraces change with grace, even when she doesn’t necessarily want to.
