Having you step up to the Connections Manager position is one of the best decisions we have ever made.  It is inspiring to watch you talk about your program, displaying the emotion and passion you have for it.  You’ve been adaptable, growing out of your comfort zone and support the company’s Mission, Vision and Values. 

Not only do you have this rare, extraordinary amount of dedication to your program, you have also made your supervisors life better.   I feel like I can be a better version of me, with you in my life. 

Even though you are warm and fuzzy, you also know when it’s time to not mess around.  You don’t shy away from constructively supporting your staff and address the things that need to be addressed, even when it’s difficult.  The balance between soft and hard is very rare and a quality I admire in you.
