The Connections Adult Day Services Program works diligently to support true community engagement and inclusion.  The Connections Adult Day Services program believes that all people want to have interesting places to go and want to engage or participate in meaningful activities. 

The Connections Adult Day Services Program believes in companionship and connection, meaning we believe all people want to do things for and with others.   The Connections Adult Day Services Program supports people to have the recognition to feel valued and believes that every person has gifts which can be shared with others.  The Connections Adult Day Services Program supports people, including those with significant physical or mental challenges, to have meaningful days.
