Building full lives supports are provided in the community and strive to find authentic opportunities for people to make genuine connections within their communities.  Often, building full lives creates a pathway to competitive integrated employment.  However, they can also be a wraparound option that supports social relationships and health and wellness, and helps sustain employment for people already employed.  It can also be a HCBS compliant service option for people who do not want to work in community integrated employment. 

In the Building Full Lives model, people are supported in small groups to explore their communities, identify preferences and goals, develop life skills and contribute to their communities in meaningful ways.
